Located in the heart of the world’s largest ski area: off-piste skiing in Méribel lives up to its promises! It is naturally one of the best destinations for off-piste skiing in the Alps, with a network of lifts allowing quick access to virgin snow fields. The playground is incredibly varied, giving the opportunity to have fun during the small off-piste descents nearby or to venture on majestic long and wild routes. From gentle slopes to the steepest couloirs.

Let yourself be guided by an off-piste professional!

With more than 15 years of experience as a high mountain guide with the Meribel guides office, I have acquired a fine knowledge of off-piste skiing descents in Méribel. This allows me to take you skiing on the best descents according to the snow conditions.

This day is designed for skiers, telemarkers or snowboarders looking for a more exciting experience. The private guide engagement formula allows us to stick as close as possible to your expectations: you can choose how long you want to ski, what type of descents you prefer and how much you want to exert yourself physically. You can focus on learning about snow, off-piste skiing techniques, or simply let yourself be guided away from the crowds without thinking about the organization. You have a project for an itinerary, alone or with your friends, I will be happy to help you realize it.

Where will we go off-piste skiing in Méribel?

We will ski in the Meribel valley: for example at Mont Vallon, going off-piste on the Lacs du Borgne, or crossing the Creux Noirs ridge that separates Meribel from Courchevel, to ski the fabulous slopes south of the Col du Fruit, through the sparse forests of the gentle slopes of Rafforts. If you have the 3 Valleys ski pass, the possibilities become immense and you can ski towards Courchevel or Val Thorens.

If you want to explore further, I recommend using touring skis in Méribel . It allows you to really get off the beaten track and you will enjoy every turn you make in the powder.

Whether you are a beginner off-piste or an expert on the slopes, alone or with friends, you will have an incredible day! A small example of day trip from Meribel here.

You will find a presentation of the resort on the site skiinfo.
