Yes, even with a mountain guide, the activities are not without risk. The Guides are trained professionals and regularly trained to manage risks. Unfortunately, some risks due to their sudden, unpredictable or complex nature cannot be avoided. For example: rockfall, serac, crevasse avalanche etc… You will have to share these risks with your guide if you want to participate!

Some activities can be done in rain, snow, wind or any other conditions imposed by mother nature. After all, it’s an adventure! However, if the weather poses safety concerns, the guide will decide to modify, postpone or cancel the outing.

Reservations are required to guarantee places on all activities. They allow us to plan the number of guides needed for each outing and are also a way to notify you in the event of a change to the program.

We do not provide insurance, so you must check that you are covered for the practice of our activities. Civil liability insurance, search evacuation, repatriation etc …

As a professional guide member of the SNGM, a professional RC insurance covers you in the event of a supervision error.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices shown only include the guide’s fees. Prices do not include, for example: packages, taxi, accommodation, meals, etc.

For private engagement, only one person. For other outings, the minimum number of people is usually specified in the product description.

Reservations can be made by phone or email. For activities costing more than €90, a deposit will be required.

A- During the activity:
Activities may be modified or cancelled by the guide for safety or other reasons. There will be no refund for modifications/cancellations due to the participant’s fault: insufficient training, unsuitable equipment, behavioral problems, etc. A partial or total refund will be offered in other cases: weather conditions shortening the race, etc.

B- Before departure:
1-Cancellation by the guide: for safety or other reasons, the guide’s fees will be refunded.
2-Cancellation by the client:
-Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the amount must be paid.
-Between 15 and 30 days before departure: the deposit will be retained.
-More than 30 days: refund of the deposit.
